Measures of state power

A country’s power in the international arena is not easy to describe. As shown by a review of the existing concepts, there are many tools that could be used for this purpose. In this paper, we want to collect data that best describe power and strength to influence a given society, economy and army, starting with the last large reshuffle of the world order from the 1990s, or the fall of USSR. The measures that we have collected and then applied statistical analysis to had to allow measurement from 1991 to 2016.
